Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At YUD Hair Extensions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or are unhappy with your order, please read our Returns & Refunds Policy below.


1. Your Cancellation Rights

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for most goods within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.

  • Cancellation Window: 14 days from the date you (or a third party you nominate) take physical possession of the goods.

  • To cancel, notify us by email at estherhairealing@gmail.com or via our online returns portal. Please include your order number.


2. Exclusions & Hygiene Notice

Due to the personal-care nature of our products, the following are non-returnable once opened or used:

  • Any product where the hygiene seal has been broken (e.g., conditioners, shampoos, styling products).

  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products.

Unopened, sealed items remain eligible for return within 14 days.


3. How to Return

  2. Receive Return Authorization

    • We’ll email you a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions within 2 business days.

  3. Ship the Item Back

    • Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

    • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside.

    • Ship via a tracked service to the address provided.

  4. Ship Within 14 Days

    • Returns must be posted back within 14 days of your RA issue date.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change-of-Mind Returns: Customer pays return postage.

  • Faulty or Incorrect Goods: We provide a pre-paid return label or reimburse your postage costs.


5. Refunds

  • Timing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and the outcome.

  • Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

  • Amount: You’ll receive the full product price. (For change-of-mind returns, original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.)


6. Exchanges & Replacements

  • To exchange for a different product or variant, follow the return process above and place a new order, or contact estherhairealing@gmail.com to arrange a direct swap where stock allows.

  • For faulty goods, we’ll replace the item at no extra cost as soon as we receive your return.


7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged product:

  1. Email estherhairealing@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include photos of the damage or defect and your order number.

  3. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, plus cover return shipping.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days of approval, please check with your bank/card issuer.

  • If still outstanding, contact us at estherhairealing@gmail.com with your order and return details.
