Welcome to YUD Hair Extensions! We’re committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and affordably. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. Order Processing

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2 pm GMT on a business day will enter processing the same day; orders placed after 2 pm GMT begin processing the next business day.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when it ships, including tracking details.
2. Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

3. International Shipping

Important: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These are not included in our shipping rates and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

You can also log in to your YUD account and view Order History to see real-time status updates.
5. Shipping Delays & Exceptions

Delays: Unexpected carrier delays (weather, customs hold-ups, high-volume periods) are occasional but beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will assist in locating any delayed shipments.

Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@yudextensions.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it within 3 days, please let us know. We’ll work with the carrier to locate it or issue a replacement.

Damaged Packages: Inspect your shipment upon arrival. If the outer packaging is damaged or the product inside is defective, email support@yudextensions.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or refund.
